You can browse our range of products through the categorised menu on the left. Most of our products have a picture and more extensive descriptions, just click on the products to view these. By clicking on the buy icon the products will move into your shopping cart. You can edit and remove products to your shopping cart at any time. If you have finished shopping go to the ‘check out’ button in your shopping cart to start the check out procedure. If you wish to learn more about our security please read the terms and conditions.

 

All the prices include packing and handling charges, but delivery costs will differ depending on your order weight and destination. This will be calculated by the website according to your address and the weight of your order. Your bill will show you the amount for the delivery charges during the check out procedure.

If you cannot find a product that you wish to purchase, please contact us and we will try to source it for you and add it to the site.

Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PP Solutions website (www.dutchfood.com.au) and your relationship with Product and Process Solutions (Herein after referred to as PP Solutions). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use this site.


The Use of the www.DutchFood.com.au Site

The Dutchfood Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Dutchfood Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on your order or via a suitable announcement on the Dutchfood Site. Any announcements will be within this section of the site. The changes will apply to the use of the Dutchfood Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Dutchfood Site. If you continue to use the Dutchfood Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Dutchfood Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

Prices

The prices listed on Dutchfood are stated in good faith. However, you accept that mistakes can be made when uploading prices onto the Site, or that prices may vary between when we display a price and when goods are purchased. Accordingly, we may validate your order before we accept it. Where the correct price is higher than the price displayed on your order we may contact you by e-mail to let you know the correct price and provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order.

Payments

All monies are payable in Australian dollar (AUD). You have the option of using our secure online ordering system, transfer money directly into our bank account, or ask us to give you a call to note down your credit card details. For on-line orders we can accept Visa and MasterCard. For anybody who does not feel comfortable making payment over the Internet, we accept direct deposits and we can give you a call for your details.

Direct Deposit
You can directly deposit the order amount into our bank account using the details below. This can be done either at the bank or via an internet banking facility. Name: Darryl Ware Bank: ANZ BSB: 013 516 Account Number: 574849177 Comments: Please include your full name in the comments field so we can identify the payment. No goods will be shipped until funds have cleared. All goods remain the property of PP Solutions until such time as the full amount has been received. With each order that we deliver to you we shall deliver to you an invoice in respect of that order. If an instance occurs when we cannot fulfil your order, we shall contact you with the offer of an alternative product, or the option to cancel the order in part or full, at such time a refund shall be given for the outstanding balance.

Delivery

Deliveries will be made by our appointed courier or delivery service agent at the address stipulated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery. Any stipulated period of time for delivery shall start from the date on which we accept your order and is approximate only. If we are not able to deliver your goods within 10 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery. From time to time we may offer discounts or free delivery. These offers are available at our discretion and will not include products that may require special handling or packaging. We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery and you are happy for us to do so.

Returns

Risk in the goods shall pass to you on the collection from our depot by the Courier. If, you are not satisfied with the goods contained in your order, or any part of your order or wish to cancel this Agreement for any reason you may do so, within seven working days from the date following the date of delivery of the goods by contacting PP Solutions and provide us of an indication in writing of the reason why the goods are being returned; We will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned as soon as is reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of notification of cancellation (excluding substitute goods or goods returned due to damage or error). Dutchfood will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dutchfood will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Availability of the Dutchfood Site

Although PP Solutions aims to offer you the best service possible, PP Solutions makes no promise that the services at the Dutchfood Site will meet your requirements. PP Solutions cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it by email at customerservice@dutchfood.com.au and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the Dutchfood Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. PP Solutions will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.

Dutchfood’s liability

PP Solutions tries to ensure that material included on the Dutchfood Site is correct, reputable and of high quality. However, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. PP Solutions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Dutchfood Site. If PP Solutions is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can. In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following: • incompatibility of the Dutchfood Site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links • technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Dutchfood Site • unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the Dutchfood Site • inadequacy of the Dutchfood site to meet your requirements.

Miscellaneous

PP Solutions shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions. The Dutchfood Site is owned and operated by Product and Process Solutions. A sole trader registered in Victoria, Australia with ABN 54 852 849 651. We encourage users to regularly refer to this policy page to remain informed of any changes in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 1. This Privacy Policy is PP Solutions' official privacy policy and it applies to all personal information collected by PP Solutions In this policy, we explain how and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and what controls you have over our use of it.
2. PP Solutions is committed to complying with Australian Commonwealth Legislation (http://www.privacy.gov.au/) governing privacy of personal information by businesses and to protecting and safeguarding your privacy when you deal with us.

Collection of Information

Without these details we would not be able to carry on our business and provide our services to you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other businesses or the content of websites that are linked to our website. PP Solutions encourages users to be aware when they leave the site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

Security and Storage
10. PP Solutions places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers, clients and contractors. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.

PP Solutions retains the information you provide to us, including your contact details, to enable us to verify transactions and customer details and to retain accurate records for legal and accounting purposes. This information is held on secure servers in controlled facilities. Credit card details are not retained.
12. Information stored within our computer systems can only be accessed by those entrusted with authority and computer network password sanctions.
13. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect users' personal information, PP Solutions cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online products or services, and users do so at their own risk. Once PP Solutions receives your transmission we make every effort to ensure its security on our systems.
14. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for keeping your passwords and/or account information secret. You should be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

Access to and Correction of Personal Information
15. PP Solutions is committed to maintaining accurate, timely, relevant and appropriate information about our customers, clients and website users.

When you visit the PP Solutions site to read, browse or download information, our system will record/log your IP address (the address which identifies your computer on the internet and which is automatically recognised by our web server), date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed, any information downloaded and any information your browser or other client may send us. This information will only be used for the purpose of site analysis and to help us offer you improved online service.
