Koopmans - Poffertjes - Dutch pancakes
400 g, add milk and water Old dutch recipe. Preparation: Add the mix to 800ml of milk and mix. Mix through 2 eggs and 3 tbs of oil. Poor the batter in the holes of the pan with a spoon or dosing bottle. Turn the poffetjes just before they are completely cooked with a fork or skewer and brown the other side. Serve with butter and icing sugar.
